Confirmation about payment

Confirmation about payment (payment slip, allotment or other proof of payment) you can send us by fax (++ 385 1 20 20 271) or you can scan it and send to our e-mail address (placanja@kuki-info.hr).

Immediately after check of sent confirmation reserved dates will be marked with red color, that means, no other reservation of this period or any period that would overlap with reserved period is not possible. At the same time to your address and your e-mail address all necessary informations about owner and address of reserved object will be sent.

Informations about owner and address of reserved object

Agency takes a duty to send to guest that make payment in advance for reservation (after check of payment confirmation or after authorization of his credit card) all important informations about accommodation:

• name and surname of the owner of object
• address of object
• fixed phone number in object (if it exists)
• full address of owners residence (if it is different from the address of object)
• all useful contact phones (home phone, work phone, handy and fax)

If it's not easy to find the address of object in return e-mail we'll give you also instructions (most often with town or place map) how to find the reserved object.

If you send the confirmation about payment to Agency till 4 AM all necessary informations will be forwarded to you in the same day.

Direct contact of guest with the owner of object

By direct contact with the owner of object (accommodation unit) you can solve all eventual indistinctnesses or get answers to additional questions. But this dirtect contact with owner before spending summer holidays is not your duty, it's only possibility available to you.
