Payment in two instalment

Rent payment of chosen accommodation unit is performing in two parts. First part (reservation) has to be paid in advance, second part on a day of arrival in our office or office of partner-agency that is the closest to reserved object.

Amount of cash advance vary from object to object and is shown beside price list for each accommodation unit to ensure information for guests which advancement they have to pay to confirm reservation.

If guest wants, he can pay the whole amount at once when he confirms reservation.

Deadline for reservation payment

To confirm reservation the guest take a duty to make payment 24 hours after he reserved a period online and took our proposal. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from this term. If payment is not made online by credit card the guest has to send a payment confirmation (payment slip, allotment or other proof about payment) to Agency (by fax or e-mail).

Exact term that Agency has to respect and held the accommodation unit under option for the guest is marked on proposal as "Option".

Since the moment when the guest fulfil the form and make reservation, open and print our proposal next 24 hours reserved dates will be pulled from market and the right for lease in this period has only the guest that made reservation online. Reservation of this object (accommodation unit) from other guest in this period is not possible. Reserved days are marked with yellow color on the booking calendar that is shown on the Internet.

If the guest make payment and transfer confirmation of payment to the Agency before deadline, immediately after payment check reserved days will be marked with red color and for comming season no other reservation that will only partly overlap reserved period is not possible.

If agency don't get a confirmation of payment in specified term it will be considered that the guest abstained from registered reservation. On the Internet review reserved days will not be marked with yellow color more, it will be marked again as available - with white color.
